Following God’s Direction to Prepare His Leaders for Tomorrow
Christian education is priceless – the cost can not be
measured in dollars. A child’s exposure to the importance of character, absolute morals, teachers with an example worth following, and a commitment to student success as measured by the Lord are among the distinctives of PCS.
God’s command to educate our children in His Ways and PCS’ commitment to teach God’s Truth in the best possible academic environment, requires the financial support, now and in the future.
Fund for Excellence
The tuition costs of sending a student to Plumstead Christian cover approximately 75 percent of the total educational expenses. Throughout the year, a number of fundraising events – including the popular Race for Education and the Spring Fair and Auction contribute toward the difference. The Fund for Excellence was established to allow donors to contribute directly toward operating and educational expenses. Donations are accepted anytime during the year.
Building our Student Enrollment
Plumstead Christian School is a Christ-centered community – and growing that community is a priority for the PCS leadership. We are committed to preparing God’s leaders for tomorrow – ensuring our children are prepared academically, spiritually and emotionally to face a hostile, negative world. More students from Kindergarten through secondary school that are exposed to a consistent, applicable teaching of God’s Word throughout the school day and into extracurricular activities – readies these young men and women.
- The best form of advertising is word-of-mouth – and PCS patrons are our best spokespeople. Many share openly about how Plumstead has enhanced their children’s lives.
- Open Houses allow for parents and prospective students to learn about PCS. A number are held throughout the school year.
- Visits to either or both of our campuses are encouraged; this allows for students and parents to understand more about the school, the daily routine, and the many unique qualities and positives of PCS.
